We’re so happy you’re here.

We’re Tatyana and Jenniffer, co-founders, longtime friends, and the reason this whole thing exists in the first place. Truthfully, we didn’t set out to build a company… we just wanted a better way to work out together.

Something that fit our schedules.
Something that felt good.
Something we actually looked forward to.

But it didn’t exist, so we built it.

Well Reserved is wellness, reimagined. It’s movement and mindfulness that comes to you, in your space, on your time, with your people. No rigid schedules, no packed studios, no pressure to keep up, just personalized sessions that meet you exactly where you are and most importantly, in person.

We believe wellness should feel less like a chore and more like something you genuinely enjoy. Something social. Something grounding. Something you leave feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.
