What to expect
Book your workout
Choose your preferred workout (yoga, HIIT, Pilates, etc.), select a date and time, and book your session for you and your group.
Pick your location
Whether it’s your living room, office, or vacation home, you choose the location that works best for your group. We bring the workout to you!
Easy payments
Each session is charged at a flat rate of $40 per person upon booking.
We handle the details
Once your session is booked, we’ll match you with a certified instructor who specializes in your selected workout type.
Meet your instructor
On the day of your session, your instructor will arrive with everything you need. They’ll set up the space, guide you through the workout, and ensure a fun, effective experience for everyone.
Enjoy the session
Your instructor will lead the group through a dynamic, engaging workout tailored to your fitness level and preferences. Whether you’re breaking a sweat or winding down, you’re in good hands.
Capture the joy
Your instructor can capture photos of your group during and post workout at your request.
Post-session
After the session, feel free to relax and ask your instructor for any tips or follow-up suggestions. You can also book future sessions directly through our website for ongoing fitness fun with your friends, family or colleagues.
