1. What is Well Reserved?

Well Reserved is a private group fitness service that brings certified instructors and workouts to you and your group. Whether you’re at home, on vacation or at the office, we make fitness accessible, fun, and social by delivering fitness sessions wherever and whenever you want.


2. How does it work?

Booking a session is simple! Just select a date and time that works for your group, choose your workout style and we’ll take care of the rest. A certified instructor, mats, and a playlist will be delivered to your location. All you need to do is show up and enjoy the experience!


3. What types of workouts do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of workouts to suit all fitness levels, including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, barre-less barre, and more. Whether you’re looking to unwind with a calming stretch or break a sweat with a high-energy session, we’ve got something for everyone.


4. How many people can join a session?

Our sessions are designed for groups of all sizes with a minimum of 2 people is required to book. 


5. Do I need to have a certain fitness level?

Not at all! Every session is customizable to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our instructors will tailor the session to meet your group’s needs.


6. How do I book a session?

Booking is easy! Simply pick a date and time, enter the location & the amount of people joining you in the session, select the workout type, and we’ll match you with a certified instructor. It’s that simple!


7. Can I choose the instructor?

While we match you with a highly qualified instructor based on your location and workout preference, we do not currently offer the flexibility to request specific instructors.


8. How much does a session cost?

Each session is $40 per person. We also offer a membership program that provides discounted rates for regular sessions and exclusive benefits. 


9. Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, we understand that life happens! We offer a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy. Just give us 24 hours’ notice from your session start time, and we’ll be happy to accommodate changes to your booking.


10. What equipment is provided?

We provide all the necessary equipment for your workout, including mats and a curated playlist to keep the energy high. All you need to bring is yourself and your friends!


11. How do I become an instructor for Well Reserved?

If you’re a certified fitness instructor and interested in joining the Well Reserved team, we’d love to hear from you! You can apply through our website. We’re always looking for passionate instructors who share our love for wellness and community.


12. Is Well Reserved available in my city?

We’re currently available in several major cities, and we’re expanding rapidly! Check our website for the latest list of cities we serve. If we’re not in your area yet, be sure to sign up for our emails to stay updated on upcoming locations.


13. How do I contact customer support?

14. Do I need to tip the instructor?

Tipping is not required, but it’s always appreciated! If you’d like to show appreciation for your instructor’s hard work, a tip of 20% is typical, but any amount you feel comfortable with is welcome.


15. What happens if someone is late to the workout?

If someone is late, the session will begin as scheduled. Latecomers can still join in once they arrive, but please note that the session may already be in progress. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to avoid missing out!

16. Do I need a large space?

Definitely not, especially if your group size is 6 or less. For larger groups, we ask you to use your judgement when looking at your space and if any furniture can be temporarily moved to accommodate the group size.

17. What if I don't have a final number of who can attend the workout yet?
