How it Works:
1) Book a Workout
Minimum group size is 2 people per workout.
If your group already has a location, date, time, type of workout in mind: Book your session directly on our site here.

Let us help you organize your wellness hangout. We know gathering the crew is difficult, so first share your information below and then we'll help kick-off a group chat to confirm all the session details and provide a split payment option.
2) Workout Day
A certified instructor arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled time with mats and a playlist. They will personalize the workout based on your preference and for any & all spaces.
